A fully serviced camping safari for the discerning traveller with limited participation – passengers are welcome to assist around the camp however it is not expected.   • Day 1: Cape Town 

    Transfer to hotel. Accommodation: Protea by Marriott Hotel Cape Town Waterfront Breakwater Lodge (or similar), Cape Town - 2 nights.

    Day 2: Cape Town 

    Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour. Travel along the Atlantic seaboard via Hout Bay and Chapman’s Peak to visit the Cape Point Nature Reserve. Morning or afternoon cable car ascent up Table Mountain is optional (weather dependent and own expense). (B)

    Day 3: Cape Town – Namaqualand

    Pass through the picturesque Namaqualand region. Overnight at the foothills of the Van Ryns Pass. (B,D) Accommodation: Highlanders Campsite, Namaqualand - 1 night.

    Day 4: Augrabies Falls National Park 

    Depart from Karoo and head north to the Augrabies Falls National Park. (B) Accommodation: Kameedoring Campsite, Kakamas - 1 night.

    Day 5-6: Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.

    Head north into the Kalahari and the magnificent Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park, one of the largest reserves found in Africa. Enjoy morning and afternoon game viewing. (B,D) Accommodation: Twee Rivieren Rest Camp, Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park - 2 nights

    Day 7: Fish River Canyon 

    Head west and enter Namibia. Fish River Canyon is one of the largest and most awe inspiring canyons in the world. (B,D) Accommodation: Canyon Roadhouse Campsite Gondwana Collection Namibia, Fish River Canyon - 1 night

    Day 8-9: Sesriem/ Sossusvlei

    Continue north through the ever changing scenery to the Namib Desert. Visit Sossusvlei and undertake a 5km walk to Sossusvlei and Deadvlei. Enjoy an afternoon short walk through Sesriem Canyon. (B,D) Accommodation: Sossus Oasis Campsite, Sesriem – 2 nights.

    Day 10: Swakopmund 

    Reach the coast at Walvis Bay then continue onto Swakopmund. Explore this famous German colonial town. (B) Accommodation: Dunedine Star Guest House, Swakopmund - 1 night.

    Day 11: Spitzkoppe.

    Set up camp among the boulders of the Spitzkoppe Mountains. The afternoon is free to explore the stunning surrounding area on foot. (B,D) Accommodation: Spitzkoppe Campsite, Spitzkoppe - 1 night.

    Day 12: Etosha National Park.

    Travel to Etosha National Park to enjoy our first game drive. Enjoy a late afternoon game drive. (B,D) Accommodation: Etosha Trading Post, Etosha National Park (South) - 1 night.

    Day 13: Etosha National Park

    Enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives with an opportunity to see herds of wild animals such as: blue wildebeest, springbok, zebra, kudu, giraffe, cheetah, leopard, lion and elephant. (B,D) Accommodation: Namutoni Campsite, Etosha National Park (East) - 1 night.

    Day 14: Kavangon River - Rundu 

    Travel to Rundu on the banks of the Kavango River. The camp is set amongst the lush vegetation overlooking the Kavango River. (B,D) Accommodation: N’Kwazi Campsite, Rundu - 1 night.

    Day 15-16: Okavango Delta 

    Continuing into the Caprivi cross into Botswana and travel to the campsite on the edge of the Okavango Delta. The following day enjoy mokoro & boat excursions in the back channels of the Nxamasire area of the delta. Game walks are also done on the smaller islands in the area subject to the water levels of the Delta. (B,L,D) Accommodation: Swampstop Campsite, Okavango Delta - 2 nights.

    Day 17-18: Chobe River

     Travel through the Caprivi Strip in Namibia and cross back into Botswana via the Chobe National Park. Chobe is famous for its beautiful scenery, magnificent sunsets and abundance of wildlife and birdlife. The following day relax with a morning game drive and a sunset game viewing cruise on the Chobe River. (B,D) Accommodation: Chobe Safari Lodge Campsite, Kasane – 2 nights.

    Day 19: Victoria Falls 

    Travel across the Zimbabwe border to Victoria Falls – without a doubt one of the greatest and most spectacular sights in Africa. The afternoon and following morning is spent at leisure to browse the local markets, to experience the many optional activities available (own expense). (B) Accommodation: Cresta Sprayview Hotel (or similar), Victoria Falls – 1 night.

    Day 20: Victoria Falls

    Transfer to Victoria Falls Airport where tour concludes
