Accommodation

• Enjoy comfortable stays in carefully selected 3-star Hotels/Tents, chosen for their location, service, and amenities.
• Check-in & Check-out: In India, standard check-in is at 14:00 hrs and check-out is at 11:00 hrs. If you arrive earlier than the usual check-in time, we always request the hotel to prepare your room in advance. However, this is not always possible due to prior occupancy. In such cases, you can store your luggage at the hotel and take the opportunity to explore your new destination until the room becomes available.
• Pre/Post Accommodation: If you have arranged additional nights before or after the trip (subject to availability), please note that you may be accommodated in a different room than the one used during your tour.
• Internet Access: While most hotels provide internet facilities, in some destinations, the service may be limited or come at an additional cost (hourly or daily charges may apply).
• Hotel Substitutions: The hotels mentioned are indicative. In case of non-availability due to high demand, equivalent or similar hotels of the same category will be arranged to ensure your comfort.

Transport

• All transfers and sightseeing will be conducted in a comfortable, Non air-conditioned vehicle with a skilled and courteous driver familiar with local road conditions.
• Vehicle type will be allocated depending on your group size for maximum comfort:

Flights

• Domestic Flights: If your itinerary involves domestic flights, these are not included in the package price and will be charged separately. Airfares fluctuate depending on travel dates; we will update you with the current fares once your dates are finalized.
• International Flights: Your international flight tickets need to be booked independently. Once confirmed, kindly share your flight details with us so we can organize smooth airport transfers upon arrival and departure, ensuring a hassle-free start and end to your journey.
• Passports & Visas:
  All travelers must possess a valid passport and the necessary visas for travel. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with immigration and government requirements of each country on your itinerary. If your journey extends beyond India, please verify visa requirements for each destination well in advance. Any penalties, fines, or additional costs resulting from incomplete documentation will be borne by the traveler.

Insurance

• Travel insurance is not covered in the tour price. Before you book your adventure, you're welcome to obtain a quote with us, and check out the policy details by clicking into the date you're looking to travel from the adventure details page. You'll see the Insurance Add-On section with all the details there!

Additional Services

• Any airfares (international or domestic)

• Visa Fee and Airport Tax. / Any extra expenses due to flight cancellation / Road blockages / Disturbances.
• Unforeseen Eventualities/Natural Calamities and Eventualities/Land Slides/Avalanche/Road Closure/Flight/Train/Bus Cancellation

Although you should read all of the terms and conditions, the following is a summary of the most important:

• Our travel package is non-refundable, however you will receive a travel credit to be applied to our travel services.
• You, as our client, agree to check all documentation immediately for errors. Travel With A Cause (TWAC) does not take responsibility for incorrect dates or names supplied.
• Prices, including, in some cases, of confirmed bookings, may be subject to change. ​
• Some confirmed bookings are non-refundable if cancelled by you and it is your responsibility to check if this applies.
• We will be entitled to retain our service fees even if a booking is cancelled or does not proceed for any reason which is not our fault.
• It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of all information relevant to your travel plans, including but not limited to visa requirements and health precautions.
• There may be some additional fees or other incentives from Suppliers.
• We are not liable for the recent updates of any published Supplier content including websites and brochures.

Covid-19 Booking Cancellation Policy 
TWAC Tour packages are non-refundable. If your Tour package is affected by Covid-19-related travel restrictions and you are unable to travel, you will receive either a free date change (credit that is specific to your original package and purchase value) or an open credit less any non-recoverable supplier fees to the value of your original purchase for use on any other package available via the TWAC website. 
Please note: Date change credits are subject to availability and not guaranteed until confirmed by TWAC, not the tour operator you are due to stay with.

The standard cancellation policy will apply if you cannot travel because you have tested positive for Covid-19.
