Cunard is an internationally registered company & operates to US & European standards, both of which have an economy driven by a tipping culture. Gratuities are expected on your cruise and the ‘Hotel service charge’ will be charged to your onboard account at 17 USD per person per day for Britannia Staterooms and 19 USD per person per day for Princess Grill Suites. Additional service charges may also be automatically added to your account for any onboard purchases. If you have any questions regarding the gratuities on your cruise, please speak to the guest services staff onboard the ship.

United States of America
Australian passport holders must obtain an “ESTA” visa waiver in order to enter or transit in the United States.

If transiting via Canada on the way to the USA, Australian and New Zealand passport holders must apply for an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) before travelling to Canada by air. An Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is an entry requirement for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. An eTA is electronically linked to a traveller’s passport. It is valid for up to five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. If you get a new passport, you need to get a new eTA.

Jamaica 
Australian passport holders are visa exempt for a stay of up to six months. Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay with one blank visa page.

Cayman Islands 
Australian passport holders are visa exempt for a stay of up to six months. Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay with one blank visa page.

Honduras
Australian passport holders must purchase a tourist card at the airport. This allows you to visit Honduras for up to 90 days. Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay with one blank visa page.

Mexico  
Australian passport holders are visa exempt for a stay of up to 180 days. Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay with one blank visa page.

Dominican Republic
Australian passport holders must buy a tourist card on arrival, valid for 30 days. You must complete an Electronic Ticket at https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ before entering and exiting the country, and must hold a passport valid for at least six months with at least one blank visa page.

Belize  
Australian passport holders are visa exempt for a stay of up to 30 days. Travellers must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the period of intended stay with one blank visa page.

Turks & Caicos
Australian passport holders are visa exempt for a stay of up to 90 days. Travellers must hold a Machine Readable passport valid for the period of intended stay with two blank visa pages.

Supplier Fees

In the event the Travel Offer you have purchased is unable to proceed, and/or a travel Supplier is unable to fulfil the Travel Offer due to external circumstances (Limitation of Liability e.g. a Force Majeure event), there may be a fee or amount of money that is withheld by our Suppliers and is unrecoverable. This may be due to non-refundable airline tickets, cancellation penalties with cruise cabins or unrecoverable payments with our land/accommodation partners. TWAC has committed to these costs as your Agent and will endeavour to recover all funds committed and/or paid for your Travel Offer, but this may not be possible in all circumstances. If refunds are unavailable from Suppliers, we will endeavour to obtain a travel credit on the best terms available and communicate these outcomes to you. If TWAC cannot obtain a refund or travel service credit, or part thereof, this cost is passed on to the customer as a Supplier Fee. This fee is not revenue-raising and is paid to or withheld by our suppliers when recovering payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Tour packages are non-refundable. If your tour package is affected by Covid-19 related travel restrictions and you are unable to travel, you will receive either a free date change (credit that is specific to your original package and purchase value) or an open credit less any non-recoverable supplier fees to the value of your original purchase for use on any other tour or package available via the TWAC website.
