See and taste for yourself how our pure water and air, cool climate conditions and fields of barley and peat translate into whisky that has taken the world by storm.
 
Our Whisky industry is a source of great pride here in Tasmania – you will get a sense of that passion firsthand when you meet the whisky makers who will take you through the secrets of their distillation process. You will be treated to tastes of up to a dozen of Tasmania’s finest single malts, blends and other spirits, as well as stopping in at a local eatery to enjoy a seasonal lunch of Tasmanian produce.
