JAPANESE ULURU SUNSET TOUR

In the late afternoon travel to the Uluru (Ayers Rock) sunset viewing area with an English-speaking Driver Guide. Meet a Japanese speaking guide at Uluru Sunset and enjoy Australian sparkling wine and an assortment of canapés as the sun sinks over the western horizon and the evening sky brings out the many shades of colour for which Uluru is famous. There are ample photographic opportunities. It is recommended that you take a photograph every 5 minutes to really capture the gradual changing colours of Uluru. 

 

Southern sky BBQ Dinner (JBBQ)

After sunset, you will be transferred to AAT Kings’ exclusive barbecue site with their Japanese-speaking Guide. The site is set amongst base of Uluru and desert oak trees providing a peaceful desert setting. The site is located far enough away from the resort lights so that there is a clear view of the stars in the southern sky. Once at the site, enjoy a variety of Australian meats and salads, accompanied by a glass of wine, beer or soft drink (menus are subject to change). After dinner, the Japanese-speaking Guide will conduct a tour of the night sky, describing and pointing out some of the visible constellations with the assistance of a high beam spotlight (weather permitting). The Japanese-speaking Guide will also explain some Aboriginal stories that relate to the stars. Tea, coffee and desert will then be served before returning to Ayers Rock Resort.

However, we are COVID-19 friendly, we’ll offer a transferrable option if you are positive with Covid-19 and you can transfer your ticket(s) to your friends/family members, etc for free of charge.
