Mexico’s Mayan Trail

From $4,406 per person twin share | 15 days

We love...

Enjoying the view from the Moon Pyramid at Teotihuacan, an amazing Aztec complex that was once a thriving city.

Emerald jungles, sapphire-blue waters and powdery white sands meet towering ancient temples and colonial towns in the captivating country of Mexico. But a trip here is just as much about its fascinating history and culture as its idyllic landscapes. Our comprehensive Mexico tours will have you reaching for your sombrero as we comb through spectacular Mayan sites, uncovering the history of Mexico’s ancient people - the Zapotecs, Mixtecs, and Aztecs - and the influence of Spanish settlers.

Bubbling mud volcanoes, fire mountains and Neolithic rock paintings. Ancient traditions of winemaking and carpet weaving. Cutting-edge architecture and art nouveau mansions. The Caucasian countries of Azerbaijan and Georgia are a real joy to explore. We’ll begin our tour in Azerbaijan, where we’ll see natural and man-made wonders around Baku, before crossing the countryside to experience village life and spend time with welcoming local families. Moving into Georgia, tours of walled towns, rustic wine regions and the captivating capital city await us.
