Port Arthur Day Tour – departs 7:30am
A short 25 minute drive takes us to the beautiful historic village of Richmond, boasting fine colonial buildings and the oldest bridge in Australia.
We continue on to the Tasman Peninsula, stopping to enjoy the view from Pirates Bay Lookout. We ‘do’ Doo Town, gaze out over Tasman Arch and see what’s cooking at the Devil’s Kitchen. Walking on to Waterfall Bay we’ll enjoy spectacular views from the clifftops
The highlight of the day is the opportunity to check out Tasmania’s convict heritage at Port Arthur. There’s no rush with plenty of time to see the sights on a guided walking tour and harbour cruise. Hear about the harsh conditions that the earliest European residents of Tasmania experienced after being sent across the world.
Your Port Arthur Day Tour ends in Hobart at 5:30pm. Hobart Airport dropoff is available at 5:00pm
